A map of the island is here, so the northern villages are pretty far away! Allll they way up north is at least two day's ride away, but the northernmost village that is in the fields is about only a day's ride away (~50 miles).

The supplies are metal, wood, and construction tools and farming supplies, as well as extra seeds. One wagon of it should be brought, and it will be provided by the Union.
