He's so overjoyed that he starts glowing in public again, and he hopes that this means the rest of her recovery will be much smoother, and quicker than his own was.

He does not enjoy it so much when they run into Bulat's creepy artist friends, except that he also sort of does, because Bulat is Bulat and he is Kevin and they handle the whole day in a very them sort of way. Also Bulat lets him fuss over the plant kids, Kevin appreciates that too.
