While the application shows promise, there are a few things that either didn't quite meet our standards, were lacking, or incorrect. Fortunately we feel that this can be easily revised. Here are our concerns:

The background is great, and goes into detail that explains the basics of the story, however, the personality given leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, what you've given us is what's on the surface of Flowey and does not go into the deeper reaches of his personality and motivations. Chiefly: what about Asriel? We know from your background that Flowey is Asriel but you don't tell us anything about him or what we learn about Flowey and Asriel in the true pacifist ending. In addition to this -- what about Flowey and Asriel's relationship with Frisk and the human that they mistake Frisk for being?
While a lot of this information is revealed at its fullest in the ending after you have chosen for a canon point, we believe it is still important to include in your app as it is still part of the character. Also it's okay to go into details about spoilers in your application, so don't feel held back!
Last thing to note is that he would not be able to keep his save/reset ability as there is no real way to translate it into the game's mechanics.
