Whoops, almost forgot! Like you mentioned, Jack will be for the most part visible to other people. However, you still have a few options if you'd like to play with that sense of "visibility." Here are some ideas we thought up (you're more than welcome to ignore or come up with others). It's possible that someone doesn't see him at first and then it's only when he's in closer proximity that he becomes fully visible. Perhaps the more serious and grumpier non-believers have difficulty seeing him at times or at all. Another possibility is if he himself is feeling more negative, then he's more translucent. Another play on the emotions—if there's a great amount of positive emotions, his powers could also likely increase since he is the embodiment of fun (in a sense).
