There are a lot of major things about the application that we thought were lacking. Given the breadth and scope, unfortunately the application does not meet our standards.

Overall, your app is riddled with typos and misspellings not only of important characters and places (Obi Won Kenobi, Hand, Alderan, etc) but you also misspelled the name of the very character you were apping. This shows a lack of concern for presentation and proofreading skills that we would like to see in our applicant. These concerns are further reflected in your samples.

First and most importantly, the personality provided is very shallow and does not go deep enough into Leia's personality and motivations, nor do you provide us with any examples of what you did include. It leaves a lot to be desired in development and understanding of an important character such as Leia.

Secondly, the information regarding her abilities is overall too vague. Although from the specified canon point she may not have harnessed many of her Force abilities, we would have liked a more concrete list of what she is potentially able to do in order to give us a better frame of reference.

While we appreciate your dedication to the canon and to Leia herself as stated in your note, unfortunately your application does not reflect that in its execution and we do consider the effort placed in the application as well as the content. Because the amount of errors would require you to effectively rewrite the application, we will be rejecting this application this round.
