1. I'm definitely cool with inducing apathy, and will definitely include it in the permissions/opt-out post that I've set up for her here. EDIT: Apologies for the edit! Just to check, would the apathy be induced some time after the character has escaped her, or at the point of touch?
2. She would be affected by any types of holy and/or divine ability, as long as it is wielded by a high-level cleric/priest or a deity. I'd prefer to have her somewhat difficult to exorcise seeing as that is partially what makes Sae such a fearsome ghost to begin with, but if this is too over-powered then I can definitely tone it down a little.
3. I would definitely like for Sae to eventually gain a corporeal form, if that is within the game's mechanics! Would she be able to shift between being incorporeal and being corporeal though?
