...I'm not entirely sure if I understand the question, but as far as it not happening is concerned, Kamui isn't going to bring it up icly and... generally people don't try to stick strangers' blood in their mouths? I guess there isn't really anything preventing it outside of "who would put that in their mouth."

If it's a problem, I'm honestly fine with it being nerfed, too; it's not something I'm really interested in playing with so much as it's an aspect of the character that exists.
