Usagi's teleportation requires at least the entire inner senshi but I am more than willing to accept the limitation of not being able to get off the planet nor off the island. Same with her flight. She won't likely see much reason to leave the island and I am perfectly fine with keeping it all restricted to the island.

The unstoppable attack I am more than willing to power nerf as well and she tends to restrict her power use anyways because she knows she is very powerful. I will be more than happy with all of these restrictions suggested by the mods and will always work with other muns if a battle or healing occurs.

As for her healing capabilities, I will make sure not to have Usagi break the rules of the game such as with resurrection or the penalties/limits that go along with that. If there is anything else, I will be happy to do what I can!
