While the application shows promise, there are a few things that either didn't quite meet our standards, were lacking, or incorrect. Fortunately we feel that this can be easily revised. Here are our concerns:

The Personality section needs a little rework as it reads more like a Background rather than focusing on his Personality. If you could, focus more about him and how he works. The examples given seem to show more about how others react to him than the other way around.
