Not really—we've kept it mostly simple to keep things easy. In general the moon itself can be considered the standard "white gray moon" with the normal craters one would expect to have been inflicted on it. The pattern will likely be different from moons of other worlds, but nothing particularly unique about it.

The same is true for the constellations. While some could look similar to existing Earthen ones, overall all constellations will be different. But we say "similar" to make it easier for players to base existing constellations for Empatheias. So for example, there could be a constellation similar to Orion, but the main difference is there are 4 notable stars on the "belt" or something similar to the Dippers but again the number of stars are different or the shape of the handles or the "bucket" is slightly different.

And there would be brighter stars to suggest other planets! No particular number, though you could assume at least two or three.

Otherwise, everything is more for atmospheric effect (hah). So feel free to have fun with it!
