So I'm aware that you can app one of the people who shares a body with another character (aka see Daisuke Niwa and Dark Mousy from DNAngel) as a separate being but I am curious to know if you could app both provided that you did a personality/ability section for both? Or would it just be better to app them separately?

If it is possible to app them both, then I have a follow-up question: the one currently not in control of the body is capable of speaking to the other mentally and I was wondering if this would be heard over the network seeing as how it's done telepathically? Meaning: you'd be able to hear both characters and both could respond to anyone who responds in return.
