There are two ways to get information about the location: 1) corner a loose lipped worker; 2) catch the same thief in the act (he could be found trying to steal another hoverbike from a private owner). Either way, the hoverbikes will be found hidden in an old warehouse on the seedy side of the docks at the port. It's of course guarded by gangsters, so there will be some fighting involved. But nothing a bunch of space kids can't handle.
