1) How firm is the "Fourth Wall" in this world? Bugs' whole schitck relies on him being a cartoon character who operates on cartoon logic and makes quips on both real world situations and popular culture. Obviously, I'm not about to have him give people existential crises without their permission, but is he allowed to even recognize someone as being from a fictional series (or at least perhaps recognizes a resemblance)? Is he allowed to be aware that Empatheias is a journal-based panfandom roleplaying game? (I'm assuming the answer is no, but all this would amount to is Bugs making occasional Aside Glances, parenthetical remarks in which the reader is addressed, and jokes about "spooky jamjars".) 2) Are Team Fortress 2 classes legal characters in this RP? While there is canon information about them based on either hard evidence (usually in the form of peripheral material like promotional comics) or deducible from in-game voice clips or behavior, a lot of the nitty gritty details in their characterization tend to be very head-canon reliant--for example, a lot of them don't even have official names.
