Because I procrastinate a lot-a question.
Jacqli has a pet cyber-wolf/panther called ELMA-DSRX. ELMA is able to turn into Jacqli Robo, a tiny mecha that she can ride around in.
Is ELMA/Jacqli Robo a pet or a Mecha in terms of your rules about what is/isn't allowable to bring with a character?
