Hi there! Um, so! I can't seem to find if this has been asked directly but is it possible... to build a computer or a computer like device? (I know they have screens and the like, but I wasn't certain how that applied toward anything else, and Ciel has already been working on a device to store information/play it and so forth which she should be finishing up soon), so this seemed like the logical sort of next step in that regard. I just thought I would confirm what was possible or not or time length required for that sort of thing!

It wouldn't be like, the modern ones we use in 2017 real life obviously, just based off of whatever tech/cores/etc are available and kind of a storage for physical typed records.
