In canon no, it doesn't do anything that we're aware of (it could change in a later game, but I'd say there's probably a 1% chance). Unfortunately the game has too many stills to really know what its general movements are like. The only thing there to go by is the OP which does look like it can at least expand, but other than that, nothing else. Using icon of the clip in question XD;
