So, sidekick characters and emotional affects and the like! I skimmed through previous questions and all I caught was Gore asking about Gundam's hamsters and the Black Lion is, uh. Rather more sentient than a hamster, so! Admittedly it is not the most overtly emotional of creatures, either, but this is something that can apply to, y'know, Digimon and shit, so. How much in the way of emotional effects can a sidekick character be expected to generate? Also, how badly would they be effected by emotional effects baked into an environment, like the general drain out in the wilds or, the thing that prompted this question, the negative pollution down in Baizho? Shiro also has a mystical psychic link with the Black Lion, so is that going to complicate things? Like, if it's exposed to something while he's protected from it, would the effect bounce back to him? :|a
