As there is currently no official information on this yet and at the moment, the team currently has no time to tackle this particular subject, feel free to have the book contain "suggested constellations and their names" from particular astronomical organisations and the like just so it isn't gamebreaking and doesn't alter anything that may be created later on in the setting of the game.
