A workaholic might be able to find lots of things to do if they work with the archives, ie. fixing everything and being a librarian of the court of sorts. Other places that include clerical work or paperwork -heavy kinds of work include other government offices, such as the Task Center. Characters can approve/reject some tasks being submitted because surely, there are a lot!
