Can characters create/modify/etc transportation vehicles? I know some have been around recently beyond carriages and bikes but I wasn't certain what the limits on that were as to what characters would be able to do/have access to. Like, not actually creating normal cars or anything, but something that could run on crystal power energy and likely be subject to needing emotional input to function successfully, i.e. different requirements for speed/potentially ignoring terrain issues via hovering... more like a landship probably......

(with... drawbacks, of course, potentially, I - haven't thought that far ahead yet and this would be a project but i don't know what's possible or not so........ yes...)


edits also for further clarification i mean like something small! like a two person thing. except more dignified than a hoverbike given which character i had in mind but like. along those lines.
