Blame the weirdness of the canons in question for these questions!
1. For Ivy Pepper (eventual Poison Ivy circa Gotham). She's on her 3rd actress since its plot related and Gotham has basically embraced the crazy. So would a canon update allow for an actress change? My plan is to use actress 2 till enough info on Ivy 3.0 comes out in the coming season along with a rewatch of the most recent season.
2. For Tulip O'Hare (AMC Preacher), would using some comic backstory to fill in the blanks be allowed? A fair bit has been revealed in show but not everything at least in terms of pre show history. And would she be able to keep at least couple of her shotguns?
