While the telepathic network does make "accidental" posts more difficult, they are still possible in certain instances. This may happen while dreaming or thinking something very strongly, and the latter is a common prompt on our introduction logs!

Misfires are highly unlikely, although they could technically be possible in the sense that accidental posts are. For instance, if someone was persistent in thinking something strongly towards a person who was somehow unavailable, their thoughts might instead be broadcast through to the network in general.
