So, Shiro's getting asked to officiate a couple of Otherworlder weddings! While I assume that Otherworlder marriages are kind of a legal no man's land that won't/can't be officially recognized by the Verens government no matter what, and thus we can all sort of do just whatever the fuck we want and no one can tell us no, Shiro's still going to want to do this shit as close to "correctly" as he can manage. So is there anything he could or would need to do to gain the legal authority to marry people in Verens? Is it just a matter of filling out some paperwork? Does he need to take some kind of class on Verens wedding traditions? Does he need Elios's blessing?
