It's how they were prior to their death! So all aging, changes to physical features, etc. are maintained.

To have a physical form of when they first arrived, that can only be achieved by dropping/reapping with retained memories. We have also had the case in the past where someone canon updated their character after years of being within the game and opted to have that character return younger to match the canon update.
