A) The first is of course no change at all, which is to say that Colette remains as is.
B) When in Empatheias, the process is halted so nothing is worsened, or at the very least, extremely slowed so that it does continue but at a rate that's workable in RP and remain an optional plot potential. (This would work best if she's taken after being rescued.)
C) Magic RP game conversion fu kicks in and while her emotions might be severely hampered, she can feel at least on a minimal level as opposed to not at all. (Applicable if taken before rescue.)
And as an overall answering, it's likely that some kind of cure or medication could be developed to either cure her completely or mitigate the effects so that they still exist, but are not progressing as quickly as they would be otherwise.
