Unfortunately we've determined that your application had too many errors or did not meet up to our standards to allow a revision. These are the concerns with your application:

The personality as written seems too shallow for a character that should have a great deal of development given their role. We expect to see indepth information and thought put into the personality and motivations of such a central character, but we do not see this in the application. Secondly, while we understand it's possible from a gameplay mechanic perspective for the WoL player character to have access to all of these jobs, this is highly overpowered in a roleplay setting and we cannot accept them as presented. Additionally, as per our previous rulings on WoL characters, we do not accept MMO characters who are the singular hero and prefer that the background be modified to allow for multiple "main heroes." In the interest of fairness to other players who have applied and been required to follow this ruling, we would request the same in this case. The previous ruling referencing Guild Wars commanders no longer applies to FFXIV WoL characters currently, and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
