While the application shows promise, there are a few things that either didn't quite meet our standards, were lacking, or incorrect. Fortunately we feel that this can be easily revised. Here are our concerns:
The abilities section was a little difficult to read due to a number of formatting and grammatical errors, so we would like for you to go through and clear those up.
As for your questions, it is possible to limit the hacking to those of Overwatch and whoever has similar tech, but a permissions post will be required for it. For the translocator, she is welcome to study the teleporters, but they do require coordinates and the crystals used to function. That aside, we do have characters who can teleport around, but with limitations such as only within the localized area. For example, they can teleport around the island but only within a certain radius and only to places been to before; they cannot teleport off the island.
For the camouflage, that can stay and the inconsistency and shorter time period is perfectly fine, but it can be allowed for Sombra to hone in the skill over time to bring it more up to original standards. And finally, the EMP unfortunately cannot work in that way as that is electro-magnetic. But it is completely possible for her to have it modified so that it can have an effect or respond to emotions instead. It'll take some tinkering and time, as well as adapting the current tech, but it's definitely a possibility.
