The current Personality section lacks any real insight into the character and reads more like a History section. It provides broad brushstrokes and touches on key characteristics of Belle, but it doesn't expand to really describe her behavior or character. For example, you mention that the town considers her a "funny girl" but do not really explain why they think so or what makes her so different from the rest.
