Red will hear about Elios's strange mood during their talk at the flower festival, and Red will have some of an idea of where to look as a possible location due to their own previous conversations: towards the mountains, where a city has been seen in a memory pod related to Elios. If nothing can be found, no ruins or anything, then the next idea would be to find somewhere that's standing enough to find clues about where a "Philea" might be. ...or, if there's anything in the way of clues along the way in their search, or if Usagi might be able to sense out a general direction Elios might be in like aligned were able to feel for Sosyne in the past.
