State: - ...ish Development Report: Mostly neutral for now, while Ciel's emotions are usually relatively calm and hopeful on the surface there have been several issues going on (like finding out Zero was dead, her struggles with wanting to change that, low key envy of his girlfriend etc) that have kept some of the negativity levels. She's a hard worker and focused on her various tasks, and that hasn't changed too much... she's starting to make some progress in regard to her projects and observations, at least.
