Just a few things we want to run by you first to see if you're okay with them!
Power Transfer: We are completely fine with the power transfer in general, however we'd prefer if it was a temporary one, or at least similar to how Regis and Noctis from FFXV are able to lend their powers to others. That said, before we can delve on how that would work, we were wondering what kind of powers Serenity would be able to transfer.
Healing: We only have two conditions we'd put on her healing to keep things balanced. The first is cannot resurrect the full dead since that breaks a few things game lore wise (Mr. Reaper might get a little upset). The second is handling the extent of her healing. She can heal people all day every day if it's minor injuries no problems, but when it comes to healing critical, fatal injuries, we'd like to restrict that a little bit. She, like any other healer, is fully capable of healing someone with fatal injuries to a non-critical condition to be taken care of by medical staff. In theory, Serenity can do this continuously with only a natural limit in that she couldn't do this all day without any fatigue, so there would have to be a point where she'll need to rest a day or so before continuing. You could put a patient number limit to make it easier to gauge.
In the most extreme scenario of highly critical conditions, she could do a group heal of a small area (about a block radius) and bring them to a more stable condition, but she would only be able to it once and would then need to rest and just be limited to minor aid. Thus Serenity could handle the most extreme, cannot-be-helped-with-medical-aid victims while other healers and doctors can focus on others. This is very unlikely to happen, but giving an extreme case might help get an idea of the kind of limit Serenity has.
Defensive/Offensive: To keep things simple, we think having Serenity's power level be something like one or two levels above Eternal Sailor Moon's might be an easy way to reference her strength. To compromise, she'll be able to maintain and have the ability to use her powers with greater endurance. Not limitless, of course, it should still be reasonable, but we'll leave it more to your discretion. An example would be she could maintain a defensive barrier around a large area for a long time, with Arehtei-tier attacks the level that would cause her more strain.
As to whether or not Usagi would have to disappear, given the circumstance she would not disappear.
