[ canon update ]
If you'd like to update your character to a different canon point, fill out the form below and comment to this entry. Please note that characters can only be updated to source material that has been out for at least one month. We will try and process canon updates within 48 hours.
ICly, When your character is on a canon update, they completely disappear from the world. It's almost as if they were removed the game, however there's a key difference. Their amulet will remain and be in a translucent state. Characters will be gone from the game from three days to a week. They will reappear wherever their amulet is and can continue their progress from wherever they left off. They will also retain all of their memories.

Power transfer: So, technically, a power transfer for Usagi is just her picking an ability and letting someone else share in that ability or just straight up going "here is more power to give whatever you've got more OOMPH." So, in game, she's given Sora the ability to have wings so long as she's literally nearby to maintain the power transfer while she's with him. But technically, as Serenity she could just GIVE him wings without ever thinking about it again and Sora could have wings whenever he wanted cause she's granted him that ability. I am not sure how Regis and Noctis work to lend their power though, so if I knew how they did it I wouldn't necessarily say no to it? But if it were temporary, would it be for X amount of days or just a few hours?
Healing: totally okay with her unable to resurrect the fully dead, she can't do it as Usagi and she'll understand that she can't do it as Serenity. I'm fine with the extent of the minor vs. major but would she be able to heal sicknesses (with mun permission)? And a block radius and maybe, I don't know, 15-20 patients? (if that's too many no worries we can bring it down even further), even in game she's never done more than a few people healing wise, even in an event.
Defensive/Offensive: That also works for me! The trade-off between Usagi and Serenity (which we see made ALL the more clear when she becomes Cosmos) is that Serenity honestly just becomes VERY hands-off. Outside of healing she never gets involved in a fight because she knows she's vastly OP (sans people like Death Phantom).

So for Serenity, I think your example would work fine. Sora would be able to access those wings so long as Serenity is in Empatheias. Again, I'm not sure about long-range distance, so if we want to be fair we could say Sora could still have access, but it might its own limit and not last as long because the connection between them is weaker. That distance could be if Serenity was in Verens and Sora was in another Arehtei's domain. And should Serenity ever leave Empatheias completely, those shared powers are gone—the characters remaining wouldn't have them anymore.
And of course the powers themselves have to be reasonable!
Healing: That is actually about the number we were thinking of, so that works out fine!
