Welcome to the NPC mailbox. Characters are free to send letters to the various NPCs currently in charge of the city. All replies will also be written and sent via messenger bird. Replies may take a while as they are busy officials.

Requests to meet NPCs in person are doable, but there is no guarantee it will happen—at least immediately. Efforts will be made when possible.

Since inquiries are sent via letter, you can write them as long or as short as you wish.

Greeting Miss Forsyth,

My name is Obi-Wan Kenobi, and I'm very interested in learning about the crystal. I'm told you're the person to inquire about this.

I've already asked the Arehtei regarding it, with little success. Sosyne in particular has referred to it as a machine. If it's all right with you, I would like to inspect the crystal itself with one of my companions. We have a bit of experience with technology, you see.

Also, any information you could share would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there! Sure you can inspect! We are totally stumped about ol' Chrissie. She just really doesn't want to give up her secrets. The fact that she might not even be just made of normal crystal is also new for us! Recent data and research is definitely pointing that there's more to this thing than meets the eye, but if it does have tech properties to it, it's none that we're familiar with. We've always known she's old, but to think she could be an actual relic from the past—and still working!

...Well, was working. Still, it's so impressive!

So yeah, feel free to stop by. Just, you know. Don't break it ;)

OOC Notes: Just an aside that we can handwave them meeting Rebbekah, so if you guys do have actual questions, just line them up and I can answer them!
