Welcome to the NPC mailbox. Characters are free to send letters to the various NPCs currently in charge of the city. All replies will also be written and sent via messenger bird. Replies may take a while as they are busy officials.

Requests to meet NPCs in person are doable, but there is no guarantee it will happen—at least immediately. Efforts will be made when possible.

Since inquiries are sent via letter, you can write them as long or as short as you wish.

In a crude dose of this factor, Long-Ethans rats appear to engage in less social behavior, move away from corners, [ Biologically speaking, generally rats are chemically "stable" when they stay close to the corners. ], and appear lethargic. This substance has not been tested on humans, but I would believe that a substantial dose of it would model PAS. Thus, for Junko Enoshima, the dose would be modified. During the course of administration, she would be monitored for the classical symptoms of PAS and be promptly cared for.
