Welcome to the NPC mailbox. Characters are free to send letters to the various NPCs currently in charge of the city. All replies will also be written and sent via messenger bird. Replies may take a while as they are busy officials.

Requests to meet NPCs in person are doable, but there is no guarantee it will happen—at least immediately. Efforts will be made when possible.

Since inquiries are sent via letter, you can write them as long or as short as you wish.

To schedule a thread with an Arehtei, refer to this entry.

To send a letter, fill out the following form and include the message.

Sergeant Taciyon,

Greetings once again. Pardon my inadequacies, three days is too long a wait on such an urgent matter.

Miss Junko Enoshima has been observed to give off immense negativity around her. A witness has reported that Miss Enoshima destroyed all natural life around her following a message from Peromei. Miss Enoshima was also reported to have said to this witness and another that the Arehtei had asked her for 'despair'. We know that is a lie; both the Priestess and the second witness have been contacted by Peromei, and they both maintain that Peromei was looking for 'hope'.

Miss Enoshima's usually carefree nature appears to hide her true feelings; the first witness gained access to Miss Enoshima's residence and found the lodgings in poor shape, having suffered the brunt of her emotions.

And what is far more worrying is that the Priestess has noticed unusually strong despair during her ceremonies dedicated to Peromei. Miss Enoshima has been present at every single one of them so far.

Physical evidence of what I have just written above can be found at the park, which still bears the marks of Miss Enoshima's emotions, and Miss Enoshima's house itself.

I therefore plead my case again, and hope that what I have just shared with you proves sufficient to at least warrant further investigation into the state of Miss Enoshima's crystal.
